Recently,with the rapid development of wearable technology,wearable electronic devices based on flexible strain sensor presents a great market prospects.Flexible tensile sensors have the characteristics of light and portable,good flexibility,free bending and even folding.It would be of important research significance in the human body joint movement monitoring or gesture recognition.In this paper,solution blending method was used to prepare flexible strain sensor based on graphene/polyaniline/silicone rubber composite material of flexible strain sensor on the fabric substrate.And three kinds of material based on different component proportion and different preparation process on the effect of tensile properties of flexible strain sensor and the electrical performance were investigated.And then we analyze the microstructure of flexible strain sensor,which based on graphene/polyaniline/silicone rubber composites.The strain-sensing mechanism,mechanical and electrical properties of the flexible tensile strain sensor were studied.The experimental results show that based on graphene/polyaniline/silicone rubber composites of flexible strain sensor not only has higher tensile strain and gauge factor,also possesses excellent tensile properties and electrical stability.Hand joint bending angle measurement was realized by integrating the flexible strain sensor integrated onto the glove.By the analysis of hand joint model,the virtual hand model has constructed,the standard gesture library was established.Besides,template matching method of gesture recognition was used to achieve the gesture matching.The experimental results showed that the flexible strain sensor has good stability,and the template matching gesture recognition method based on the flexible strain sensor has higher recognition accuracy.In the future,the flexible strain sensor based on the conductive fabric has great potential in the field of wearable device and human-computer interaction.
