Anti-counterfeiting technology has been widely used in people's lives.But with the development of the times and the advancement of the technique,enterprise's productivity level has been greatly improved,which makes ordinary consumers and functional departments cannot easily identify the product by labels of the general anti-counterfeiting technology.The traditional anti-counterfeiting technology is gradually weakened.It cannot play the role of security,and more likely becomes a fake amulet.So,the consumers and manufacturers are suffered from heavy losses.It is inevitable trend that a new method of the anti-counterfeiting technology is convenient and quick to identify products for consumers and functional departments knowing few related anti-counterfeiting knowledge to detect genuine and fake.A new anti-counterfeiting technology method based on the fingerprint biological characteristics is proposed to make up the shortcomings of the existing anti-counterfeiting technology in this paper.An anti-counterfeiting system of fingerprint biometrics identification and detection is designed.Fingerprint image is enrolled,fingerprint image is processed,and the biometric information is stored in the memory.The fingerprint feature is embedded in the anti-counterfeit labels by using the special ink,and the fingerprint detection module extracts the fingerprint information from the anti-counterfeit labels.It is compared with the template of fingerprint feature.Authenticity of the label is judged,and the product is true or false.According to the requirements of function and application of the system,the software and hardware of anti-counterfeiting system based on fingerprint biometrics identification and detection are completed.The hardware platform of the system is designed with the TI C5000 series 16-bit fixed-point digital signal processing chip TMS320C5515 that is core.The hardware circuit and fingerprint of labels detection device have been designed,such as the fingerprint image of the label detect module,the power supply module,the fingerprint acquisition module,the display interactive module and the storage module.The software platform of the system with CCS6.0 is designed.The soft includes the camera driver,label's image acquisition and processing program,LED and LCD display module driver and fingerprint image processing algorithm,etc.Finally,the entire system is built,and the hardware and software is debugged successfully.The experimental of the system is done.The original fingerprint biometric information is loaded on the anti-counterfeiting system of fingerprint biometrics recognition and detection.the anti-counterfeit labels with the fingerprint feature is made.The fingerprint information is obtained from the labels by the label detection module.The results show that the anti-counterfeit labels of the fingerprint feature with the special ink are detect,that the fingerprint image is compared and matched successfully.The recognition results are displayed by the LED,and the rate of recognition is better.The system also is simple and convenient to operate.It's easy to well understand.While the system is applied in the field of product label anti-counterfeiting technology,consumers and functional departments needn't master too much anti-counterfeiting knowledge to distinguish the authenticity of products.The system is portable,too.The new anti-counterfeiting technology method will prevent the label from being copied,improve the accuracy and efficiency of identification,and achieve the anti-counterfeiting goal.
