The quality of software products is inextricably linked with the software process and the software process provides a framework for the uncontrollable links in the management process of Software Life Cycle.The quality of the developed software products under the guidance of the process model is closely related to the quality of the process model.In the past,the traditional software modeling method was influenced by empirical modeling methods.There were many defects such as long modeling period,difficult to implement,easy to deviate from the virtual requirements,and so on,which lead to the low quality of the models.Therefore,the traditional way can no longer meet the development demands for software process model in the current big data era.It has become a new trend to obtain process model by utilizing process mining technologies.So far,there is no widely accepted method to evaluate the quality of software process mined models obtained by process mining.There are few literatures on the quality assessment of software process mined models,and there are still few corresponding evaluation methods.Those methods mentioned in the existing literature are generally difficult to implement,highly cost and easy to be affected by subjective judgments,and so on.In this paper,feasible quality assessment method is proposed,which extends the Pareto Optimality of two dimensions to three dimensions.The corresponding algorithm of quality evaluation based on threedimensional Pareto Optimality and screening method is designed.The reliable highquality process mined model is screened by setting relative thresholds,and combined with the method of calculating the simplicity of process mined model proposed in this paper,the quality and conciseness of the model are considered synthetically.Finally,the process mined model with high quality and simple structure is obtained by screening.This method also supports the recommendation of process mining algorithms,meanwhile,it can visualize quality assessment and screened results.The relationship between the two thresholds is further analyzed through experiments,and a relative threshold for reference is provided,which provides a referenced method for software developers to select and improve the software process model.The above method was verified by the quality dimension data of the software process mined model generated by event logs,which confirmed the feasibility and practicality of the method.It is of great significance and practical value to assist software engineers in effectively evaluating,screening and improving process models.It improves production efficiency of software products,reduces development costs in actual production and applications,and enhances the ability to control risks in software processes and improves the quality of software products.
