With the rapid development of big data,information security is related to the country's political,economic,military,and other important strategic resources.The information hiding technology is an effective measure to solve the information security problem.However,due to the limitations of the traditional information hiding technology,the coverless information hiding technology emerges as a new type of information hiding technology.The main feature of the coverless information hiding technology that distinguishes it from other information hiding technologies is to construct the mapping relationship between the carrier information and the secret information without any modification to the carrier information itself.Because digital images have the characteristics of large amount of information,high redundancy,and ease of transmission,they are usually selected as an image carrier.So image-based coverless information hiding technology has been widely used in the information hiding field.In this paper,based on the existing algorithms of image information hiding,we discuss in depth and propose a new algorithm and scheme.The main work is as follows:(1)The existing image information hiding algorithms are analyzed.The image coding technology,error correction code technology and image mosaic technology are selected as the basic related technologies of this paper.The technologies which related to current existing research methods of image information hiding are mainly introduced,and mapping ideas are summarized,and then proceed with the next step based on this idea.(2)Coverless information hiding algorithm based on joint encoding of DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform)and information entropy is proposed,which realizes that a single image can hide 7bit(binary system)information;using image coding technology and image splicing technology,a single image can hide 32 bits of information,at the same time,it integrates error correction code technology to achieve the reliability of secret information transmission.In order to improve the security of communication,the method of extracting the information entropy of each block image is used to encode the image to realize coverless information hiding;in order to improve the capacity of information transmission,splicing is used as a point of entry to rationally reconstruct confidential images;in order to improve the robustness of information transmission,an error correcting code technology is incorporated to pretreat the secret message.(3)From the perspective of the performance of the coverless information hiding algorithm,this algorithm has better security,stronger robustness,and relatively larger capacity.From the aspect of security,since the coverless information hiding algorithm adopts the mapping idea rather than the embedded idea,the mapping relationship between the image and the secret information is constructed without changing any information of the image,therefore,the coverless information hiding has high security;from the aspect of capacity,the use of image splicing technology,and the use of position information of multiple images,splicing densely-carrier images can improve the capacity of a single image;from the aspect of robustness,the introduction of error correction code technology,the pretreatment of secret information,the use of secret information transmission efficiency in exchange for the improvement of the reliability of the secret information transmission.The algorithm of this paper is a series of performance tests in MATLAB R2013a environment.The experimental results show that the algorihm has good performance in anti-JPEG compression,salt and pepper noise,anti-Gaussian noise and other attacks.It has higher use value in secret communication with smaller capacity.(4)From the perspective of the function of the coverless information hiding system,when the amount of information of the secret information is less than or equal to 98 bits,a single secret communication can be completed,and the same secret information can be guaranteed to be in different forms at different times and different locations.When the amount of information in the secret information is greater than 98 bits,it is transmitted in batches.The system function of this article is implemented in the opencv3.0 environment.The experimental data show that the system can be applied in areas such as high secret level,small capacity range and etc,such as document key and so on.
