Research On The Construction Of China's Media Supervision Institutions In The Network Age

In the era of Internet,the development of new Internet technology has a profound impact on all aspects of the country,society and people.A series of problems exposed in the process of media development reflect the deficiencies in the construction of regulators.It is of great significance to study the construction of media supervision institutions in China,to clarify the organizational framework and the implementation of the regulatory mechanism,and to put forward the Countermeasures for the construction of the media supervision institutions,which can effectively improve the regulatory capacity of the institutions and better play the regulatory functions.This paper,starting with the basic concepts of network age,media and supervision,analyzes the current situation of the construction of media supervision institutions in China from the two media patterns of traditional media and new media,and combs the organizational structure,points out the existing problems of this organizational structure,compares the practice of the construction of media supervision institutions in the developed countries of foreign countries,and puts forward the network.The Countermeasures for the construction of media supervision institutions in China.This paper mainly adopts the following two research methods:Literature comprehensive research and organization chart comparison study.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter includes three parts:(1)the background and significance of the topic;(2)the theoretical basis and related research results;(3)the subject,content and method of the research.In the second part of the theoretical foundation,it involves the relevant theories of the Internet era,media,supervision and regulatory agencies,as well as domestic and foreign scholars' research results.The second chapter,starting with the current situation of media development,analyzes the problems in the development of media in China,and reflects the existing problems in the construction of the regulatory agency;the third chapter analyzes the status of the construction of media supervision institutions,from the two aspects of the traditional media and the new media.The fourth chapter selects the construction of media supervision institutions in the developed countries such as the United States,Britain and Japan as a research point,exploring its ideas and Its Enlightenment;the fifth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of the construction of China's media supervision institutions in the light of the actual situation in China;the sixth chapter summarizes and prospects.The research focuses on the hot topics which are happening in the times of network,media integration and government organization reform.The paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the construction of the government institutions in the media supervision,which is typical,not only paying attention to the comprehensiveness,but also paying attention to the details,and conforming to the national governance since the third Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.The spiritual connotation of the system has certain theoretical and practical significance for deepening the practical application of Party and state organ reform in reality.
