In today's globalized context,the demand for vehicles for people due to conferences and other activities is growing steadily,and the quality of traveling is increasingly diversified.Existing solutions have many problems.On one hand,the traditional mode that institutions own their own vehicles has many problems such as high cost,inefficient management,non-standardized approval process and fee settlement,etc.On the other hand,the individual-oriented shared car mode is faced with difficulties in using the car during peak periods and difficulties in guaranteeing the service quality.With the reduction of self-owned vehicles,how to ensure the service quality of the vehicle usage for institutions becomes an urgent problem to be solved.With the popularization of hand-held devices and smartphones,smartphones based on the Android operating system entered our daily life,and their application services have greatly satisfied people's daily needs.This thesis mainly studies and realizes the institution-oriented car dispatching system based on the Android platform.In this system,an institution car customer submits an order for car-use demands,a car supplier accepts an order and allocates available vehicles for the demand,and a dispatch center performs a vehicle dispatch algorithm to meet the car demands of the institution.During the vehicle's distribution,the vehicle is dedicated to the institution and becomes the institution's de facto virtual private vehicles for a period of time.Specifically,the contributions of this thesis include:(1)The concept of institution-oriented car dispatch system is proposed,which provides vehicle service quality assurance to the institutions by virtual private vehicles;(2)Business analysis and functional requirement analysis of the institution-oriented car dispatching system is given,based on which the functional modules are divided,and the overall architecture design of institution-oriented car dispatching system is completed;(3)A priority-based backtracking algorithm to achieve efficient vehicle and order requirements matching is studied and implemented;(4)An institution-oriented car dispatching system is implemented based on the Android platform,and its functions and performance are tested.
