As the state attaches importance to the supervision of mining safety,modern electronic equipment used in mine emergency rescue more and more embodies its importance.At present,there are many deficiencies in the mainstream underground personnel positioning system,and cables or optical fiber connections are used to establish communications between the ground monitoring room and the underground equipment.This approach not only increases the cost of system installation,but is also vulnerable to accidents when they occur.Therefore,it is necessary to study the location and command and dispatch technology of downhole personnel who can communicate with the ground in emergency scenarios.In this paper,ZigBee technology as the core,by studying the channel environment of the mine and the characteristics of through-the-ground communication technology,a set of underground wireless network design is proposed,which can be combined with the emergency through communication technology to realize the well-Positioning and scheduling.The main research content and work are as follows:(1)Introduce the related principle of conduction current field to ground communication technology briefly,analyze the characteristics of through ground communication technology by theory and simulation,carry on channel test in actual mine environment,summarize channel characteristics of through ground communication and The design requirements of the system in the mine environment provide the basis for the follow-up system realization plan.(2)ZigBee technology is selected as the realization scheme of underground wireless network for the channel characteristics of emergency through communication.The concept and characteristics of ZigBee technology are introduced.The types,topologies and address allocation mechanism of ZigBee technology are discussed in detail.A method of using RSSI and trilateral weighted location algorithm to locate nodes is proposed.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis,a set of downhole personnel positioning system based on ZigBee technology is designed,the hardware circuit design scheme of some functions of each system is introduced,and the hardware achievement is demonstrated.(4)Completed the design of the software program,developed the ZigBee program in C language under the IAR development tool,and wrote the host computer interface through WPF.The software workflow of each device is elaborated in detail,and a through communication protocol is designed for low information rate.(5)At the end of the article,the system has been measured and debugged in the lab environment,and the existing shortcomings and the prospect of this technology are described.
