The fitness application software itself has the advantages of easy operation,popularization,and strong interaction.In the context of the “National Fitness” has risen to the national top-level strategy,the healthy dissemination of fitness application software will enhance the national fitness and improve the health of the people.Promoting the development of the domestic fitness industry is of great significance.This article is divided into five parts and studies the effect of fitness software using KEEP as an example.The first part of the thesis uses the literature research method to sort out the main points of innovation diffusion theory.The specific analysis includes: an overview of the connotation of the innovation diffusion theory,an "S" curve describing the diffusion of innovation,a definition of the most critical concepts,and a clear understanding of the research issues in this paper for the KEEP in the perspective of innovation diffusion theory.For example,fitness software spreads results.The second part of this paper sorts out the basic data of KEEP in the development process.Then the “S” curve of innovation diffusion is clarified,the critical majority in the process of innovation diffusion is clarified,and the KEEP innovation diffusion process is excavated through text analysis.The diffusion channel and flow direction,finally analyzed the opinion leaders in the KEEP diffusion network and the tipping point caused by most of the criticality.The third part of this paper proposes research hypotheses based on the observation of the communication channels in the spread of KEEP,and then selects the indicators and measurement methods of the dissemination effect according to different propagation factors.Finally,the analysis of various indicators leads to the diffusion of KEEP.Transmission characteristics.At the same time,three conclusions are drawn based on the foregoing analysis: homogenous communication has a certain hindrance to the number of adopters of innovation reaching critical mass;heterogeneity is the turning point for the number of adopters of innovation to reach critical mass;opinion leaders' The role is the greatest driving force for the number of innovative adopters to reach the critical mass.The fourth part of this article uses comparative research method,based on platform related indicators,compares the top 3 fitness apps,KEEP,The difference between the two fitness applications analyzes the differences in the communication effects of different forms of fitness platforms,and points out the problems and deficiencies of fitness software in the dissemination process.In the fifth part of this article,the author analyzes the characteristics of KEEP in the context of Internet,and puts forward the strategy to promote the healthy dissemination of fitness software in the context of big data.The article based on the innovation diffusion theory to track the process of diffusion of KEEP,under the premise of the text data obtained through the content analysis method to encode and statistics,and obtained the fitness characteristics and enlightenment of fitness application software in the Internet era,and proposed Related communication strategies and recommendations.In order to provide a theoretical basis and data support for the proliferation of other types of application software,it can also contribute to the development of health communication.
