An Analysis On Reporting Frames Of The Report Of "Belt And Road" Of The Party Newspaper Under The Background Of Media Convergence

Since the "The Belt and Road" initiative,countries from all parts of the world have a positive response,with the pulse of the times,to jointly explore new prospects for prosperity and development.Four years after the proposed initiative,countries with different levels of development and different cultural background seized the opportunity,experienced many significant changes.The unleash of the positive energy of win-win cooperation made a contribution to the sustainable development of the region and the world.Behind these changes,there must be many wonderful stories.Digging up these stories and effectively spreading them to the world is all kinds of media's responsibility.In four years,China has held four sessions of the "The Belt and Road " Media Cooperation Forum,making communications and exchanges with the media of all countries,jointly promote "The Belt and Road" construction.Mutual trust and cooperation among mainstream media in various countries will undoubtedly help build a bridge between the hearts of the people of all countries and create a good atmosphere of public opinion and cultural environment for the "Belt and Road" construction.In the context of the "The Belt and Road" initiative,this paper take The People's Daily,the WeChat official account of the People's Daily and People.cn,which are our country's authoritative mainstream media,as the research object.Combined with the convergenced media environment,this paper want to discuss how the reports of these party-owned media set up the framework and what are the characteristics of the framework.This article use the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research.First of all,through the way of quantitative research,this paper make data statistics of the number of reports,the theme of news,the manuscript source,the source of information,the report forms and the report tendency.Then,through the qualitative research of some cases,this paper elaborates the discourse frame of the selected sample on their discourse themes,news schema and use of words.Finally,on the basis of above analysis,conclusions on the framework characteristics of the sample of reports related to "The Belt and Road" initiative have come out.This paper argues that the The People's Daily,the WeChat official account of the People's Daily and People.cn have set up a series of frameworks by widely reporting to set agenda,Focusing on the news theme of the achievements of cooperation,using multiple media as the source of manuscripts,using the national government,experts and scholars as the main sources of information,adopting diversified reporting forms according to their own media characteristics,maintaining a positive reporting bias and using rich and diverse discourse expression.All these have highlighted value tendencys such as“ supreme harmony”?“human destiny community ”,but in the future,we should also adhere to the objective and neutral position,deliver more diverse voices and combines the advantages of party-owned media and all kinds of new media,to firmly grasp the discourse power of mainstream media in international communication.
