With the rapid development of mobile Internet,a large number of towers have been set up as the main carriers of communications base stations,power infrastructure.Tower status monitoring,as an important work of the daily maintenance of the tower,has traditionally been conducted using manual inspection methods and has the problems of long monitoring period,poor accuracy of monitoring results,difficult detection of minor status changes and few monitoring items.In recent years,although some companies and scientific research institutes have proposed different tower condition monitoring systems gradually,their terminals are often ported to Linux systems,including multi-sensor modules,and the design cost is too high to deploy in the actual tower.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a set of tower status remote monitoring terminal.The terminal hardware design based on STM32 chip,the acquisition of raw data through high-precision tilt sensor,high-precision acceleration sensor,wind speed and direction sensor,using the least squares fitting algorithm,draw the tower tilt,swing,swing Frequency,wind speed and direction of the core data,the monitoring terminal to make preliminary judgments on these data,send an alarm when an exception occurs,so that the monitoring center in a timely manner to SMS,e-mail,voice,APP tips and other ways to alarm.At the same time,the monitoring terminal uploads the current state of the tower in each monitoring period,and the monitoring center performs a summary analysis of the state and generates a report.This terminal significantly reduces the design cost of the tower monitoring terminal.The functional testing and on-site field testing show that the tower terminal designed in this paper possesses the capability of remotely monitoring the working state of the tower.In the actual environment,it can operate stably for a long time and can solve the problems of the current tower Status monitoring deployment difficult problem.
