In recent years,with the development of the network technology,the intelligent control technology,the software development technology and the implementation of the national "made in China 2025" policy,the research work on intelligent plant is becoming increasingly urgent.As a traditional high energy consuming industry,energy conservation and emission reduction have always been the focus of the cement enterprise.The research of the intelligent control cloud platform of cement enterprises is based on the intelligent factory and combined with the demand of enterprise energy saving and emission reduction,the data acquisition subsystem,the data storage subsystem,the data fusion subsystem and the client subsystem are designed by combining the research of the energy management system of cement enterprise and the intelligent factory.This project is an in-depth study of the intelligent control cloud platform data acquisition subsystem.In order to solve the problems of low memory utilization rate,poor inter task independence and poor stability of the system in the existing data acquisition system of cement industry,and meet the data requirements of the intelligent control cloud platform,a data acquisition system based on..net multithreading technology is designed.This article mainly completes the following work:(1)In-depth analysis and research on the functional requirements of the intelligent control cloud platform.The intelligent control cloud platform is designed,it's divided into four subsystems and the research content of each subsystem is introduced.(2)A cement enterprise is chosen as the specific research object,the data structure and data characteristics of the system are analyzed in detail,the data monitoring points are selected and the performance requirements of the system are described.The key techniques in the system are studied,for example,the serial communication technology,the OPC technology,the Ado.net technology and the.net multithreading technology.(3)Taking a cement enterprise as the application object and using multithreading technology as the core design idea.Firstly,the network architecture and the software architecture of the system are designed and explained in detail.Secondly,the 5 modules of the main thread are designed and implemented in detail,including the human-computer interaction interface,the variable declaration and assignment,the information initialization,the thread management and the system service.Thirdly,the serial data collection thread,the OPC data acquisition thread,the power demand side data acquisition thread,the data analysis and the storage thread are designed and implemented in detail.Finally,the database for data collection and storage is designed,including the real-time table,the historical table,the contrast table and so on.
