System Dynamics Analysis Of Online-Offline Interaction In Mobile Social Networking

In recent years,with the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the rapid upgrading of mobile devices such as mobile phones,more and more people have begun to use the Internet through mobile devices such as mobile phones.Netizens can “speak” for various media events at anytime and anywhere through the mobile platform,greatly increasing the participation of netizens in public events.However,this also makes the cost of attainment cheaper,and the spread of rumors is faster,resulting in an extremely bad society influences.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the guiding mechanism of public opinion in mobile social networks and analyze the laws of online and offline interactions to resolve social conflicts and build a harmonious society.This paper firstly uses the literature research method and case analysis method to explore the process of interaction between online and offline public opinion on mobile social networks,and determine the main factors that affect the public opinion and the main influencing factors,including the sensitivity of events,participation of netizens,offline behavior,media influence rate,mobility,response speed,government accountability,etc.Then,a system dynamics model of online social functioning of online social networks was established.The validity of the model was validated using the “invaded by girl hotel” event.Computer simulations were conducted and the following conclusions were drawn: The development of mobile networks has made the evolution of public opinion more Rapidly and frequently,the government should pay attention to the management and guidance of the mobile Internet public opinion and prevent the Internet from losing control of public opinion.The offline factor has more influence on the Internet public opinion than the online factor.The relevant government departments should focus on the public opinion and guideline on the offline.Finally,the following suggestions are given to the government on how to guide the Internet public opinion: to manage the excessive behavior under the net and create a harmonious society.Improve the quality and authority of official media content,and open up the "official" and "civilian" public opinion fields.
