Research On Muti-biometrics Fusion Recognition Technology

With the continuous development of computer technology,biometric identification technology has gained development rapidly and more and more attention.Biometric identification technology plays an increasingly important role in people's lives.Now,most of existing biometric identification systems are based on single biometrics characteristic,such as fingerprint recognition,face recognition.However,single biometric identification system has its own limitations and defects.Taking into account the limitations of single biometric identification system,we design a multiple biometric recognition system based on the fusion of face recognition and static gesture recognition.For the research of algorithm theory,this paper focuses on the multi-biometric identification technology based on face and static gesture shape.Face recognition mainly includes the image preprocessing method,the face detection algorithm and the face recognition algorithm.The face detection method based on AdaBoost has a strong anti-interference for complex background.Four methods including Eigenfaces,Fisherfaces,LBPHfaces and LBP-PCA methods combined with light pretreatment method are used on face recognition.As for static gesture recognition,the four kinds of face recognition algorithms mentioned above are successfully applied to static hand recognition,and more than 95%recognition rate is obtained.In the aspect of multi-biotic fusion,this paper combines the human face and the static gesture,and proposes a fusion system which has lower erasure rate and better security than the single biometric system.In practical application,this paper combines the intelligent access control technology,designed and implemented a set of intelligent access control system based on face and static gesture recognition system.This control system has four main functions,such as personnel information registration,personnel information management,real-time monitoring and intelligent unlock etc.The control system has a good interactive experience,and in the actual test,intelligent access control system obtains error rate of 1.75%,rejection rate of 8%.
