With the rapid development of science and technology in the world today,molecular biology with DNA as one of the main research subjects has always been the frontier of research in the field of science and technology.DNA has special and complex properties that other molecules in the natural world can't match.Genes based on them as the genetic information of living organisms determine the composition of living organisms and control their behavior.With the development and application of numerous new biotechnologies,DNA bio-sensing technology has become a new method for the rapid analysis of specific nucleic acid sequences(gene fragments)and has been highly valued by relevant experts and scholars.DNA sensor is a sensor with new gene detection technology.Compared with the previous detection technology,it has the functions of separating and purifying genes and molecular recognition.DNA sensor is also sensitive,fast and pollution-free,and has become the research front and hot spot in this field.In this paper,the basic principle and classification of DNA sensors,and the research progress,advantages and disadvantages,and development trend of DNA sensors are introduced.Environmental pollution is a major problem in today's human society.Especially,the toxic organic pollutants in the environment are generally difficult to degrade and accumulate in organisms,not only endangering human beings themselves,but also destroying the entire ecosystem.Because DNA sensor has good selectivity and simple operation,and sensitivity is higher than previous methods,more and more researchers pay attention to it.This paper mainly aims at the particularity of the absorption of heavy metals by the organism.The free metal ions often determine the toxicity and effect of heavy metals.At the same time,the biological sensing detection model is designed by using intermetallic interaction and specific combination to effectively avoid the transformation of metal ion denaturation into other forms to improve the effectiveness of the detection.In this paper,the DNA sensor model suitable for environmental monitoring is selected.Considering the particularity of sensor detection of metal ions,a new control method of silicon controlled conduction angle sensor is designed.The key is to obtain stable current in the detection or use of equipment,and apply for the invention patent.The latest trends in the use of nanomaterials as well as the miniaturization of nucleic acid and the "chip laboratory" technique,are also presented.The introduction of a model of two ferrocene groups between the stems and rings of the DNA hairpin structure has been proposed to prove that multiple electrochemical markers can be easily combined in the sequence.We try to use DNA sensor to study the nucleic acid detection sequence of contaminated microorganism,and explore the environmental application based on DNA biosensor system.The prospect of DNA sensor is very broad in the field of environmental monitoring.It is of great significance to protect the environment with a large number of applications in time to grasp the situation of environmental pollution,to monitor the status of environmental pollution and to evaluate the severity of environmental pollution.
