Data Exchange And Sharing System Of DongYing

In order to adapt to the rapid development of informatization at this stage,governments at all levels are making great efforts to build an information management platform and invest a great deal of money in information construction.However,the lack of business communication among current government departments,the lack of uniform standards for working documents,and the information systems for each department are developed by different vendors with different development framework and programming language.As a result,information sharing is difficult,and there are a large number of information islands and process islands.In order to effectively integrate and plan these heterogeneous information resources,we have developed this data exchange and sharing platform to eliminate the island phenomenon.The main purpose of this platform is to integrate and share information across all departments and improve the Information level.The system includes the following modules:directory center module,resource management module,data exchange module,and data processing module.The directory center module allows the user to view the information of each department resource,and determine whether all the data under this resource can be viewed according to the access authority set for the resource by its department;in the resource management module,the user can view the release resources of each department.The data exchange module shows the status,the exchange frequency,and the amount of exchanged data among departments.The data processing module can manually configure some processing rules,it is divided into data cleaning and data comparison.For data cleaning part,users can clean the exchanged data by configure the fields and cleaning rules to ensure the correctness of the data.For data comparison part,users can configure some basic tables to compared with the exchanged data.In terms of technical architecture,the system adopts the idea of a three-tier architecture.The view layer uses the Jersy framework,the business layer uses the Spring framework,and the persistence layer lightly encapsulates the Spring's JdbcTemplate.The system was put into use in Dongying City,Shandong Province after the system was completed.The System runs stable and meet most of the requirements of the government departments.It has greatly improved the operational efficiency of the government departments of Dongying City,effectively integrating disparate and heterogeneous information resources,and improving the level of informatization of various government departments.
