Text Mining Research Based On Bibliometrics And Knowledge Map For Topic Group Identification And Trend Analysis

The processing object of text mining is text data,the main purpose is to extract potentially valuable information and knowledge,it is a new knowledge discovery tech-nology and has high application value in many fields.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the research status of text mining technology in China.The traditional content analysis method needs to find much content and takes a long time,although it can draw a conclusion,but the efficiency of the whole research is reduced.Bibliometrics,however,has been reused by researchers because of the method is simple and the re-sult is comprehensive.With the coming of big data era,visualization software such as CiteSpace came into being,combined with the professional statistical analysis software such as SPSS,the literature metrology can also conduct a deeper exploration of text datal with the help of these new software.The research object of this paper is text mining and the research and analysis of the journal literature on the topic of " text mining" in the past twenty years.In addition to the traditional metrological methods,this paper introduces CiteSpace?Ucinet?SPSS?R language visualization tools to in-tuitively and clearly show the distribution of literature years,the cooperation among authors and the composition of core journals,and through clustering and multidimen-sional scale analysis of the high frequency subject words in the abstract of the paper and keywords to display the research hot topics.Finally,the keywords are detected with a sudden word,combined with changes in the number of documents for trend analysis,to obtain key technologies and emerging applications areas that have poten-tial for development in the future development process.The research in this paper can help relevant scholars and experts to realize the current situation of text mining technology in China,the change and development trend of research hot spots,and provide knowledge navigation for individuals and institutions who study text mining,and then promote the research of text mining in China.
