In recent years,with the popularity of mobile Internet services,allowing users to generate vast amounts of information and knowledge of the cognitive surplus,anxiety has become widespread user problems,knowledge payment came into being.In 2016,after the full outbreak of the payment of knowledge,there were many problems,such as homogeneity of content,loss of users and low rate of purchase.The prospect of its development,and certainly questioned coexist.This paper takes the knowledge from the media should pay status as the entrance,to the problems in its development as a key point,with the economics concept of the long tail theory as the focal point,with the aid of communication,economics and social psychology theory,the development focus on the problems,and then explore the knowledge integration,payment platform in the future the operation of the road.In this article,the introduction is mainly about the background of our research on the self media knowledge charging platform and why we should study it,as well as its content structure,the means of research and innovation,and the second part is mainly related to the definition of pay for knowledge,the long tail theory,and so on.In the third part,the fourth and fifth parts are the focus of this chapter,and the fourth part is a long chapter.On the basis of theory,what are the factors that the knowledge sharing platform should have to obtain profit in the three angles of production,communication and consumption;and the fifth part is based on the third and the fourth parts.From the practical point of view,the long tail of the production,the long tail of the transmission and the continuous production and consumption of the three aspects are elaborated.The last part mainly concentrates on the operation of production and consumption.The last part focuses on the long tail theory as the starting point to study the problems arising in the practical application of the payment of knowledge,and to find new ways and new ideas for its continuous development and the follow-up development.Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet,the number of smart phone users has increased.Since the media platform is affected by these reasons,it no longer provides free services,but instead turn to paid services and act as an image of selling knowledge.This leads to knowledge being taken as commodity,being transferred and traded,and all kinds of problems follow,which is not conducive to knowledge to play its original role.If we discuss and solve these problems,we will surely promote their development and progress,and better reflect the value of knowledge itself.
