Innovation is the foundation of the development and survival of the enterprise.In addition,product innovation is the core of enterprise innovation.Product innovation usually requires combination of innovation methods and domain knowledge.The traditional innovation method,such as TRIZ,is difficult to apply.Users should be proficient in using TRIZ and have a good command of domain knowledge,so that TRIZ can be applied to practical problems in corresponding fields and achieve better results.Therefore,it has a high demand for users,professional knowledge and is not suitable for mass innovation.Moreover,patent data products,which are closely related to TRIZ and rich in domain knowledge,provide a new source for product innovation.Patent data record the achievements and trajectories of inventions,which contain a wealth of domain knowledge.Therefore,we can make full use of domain knowledge in patent data to assist innovators in product innovation.How to extract innovation related information from millions of patent data,big data technology provides opportunities and methods for this.Based on the above background,this paper designs and implements the Product Innovation Support System Based on Patent Data.This system is a part of the Big Data Driven Innovation Method Service Platform,and the other subsystem of the platform,the Maker Community,provides crowd wisdom support for it.The main functions of the Product Innovation Support System Based on Patent Data include six parts:patent data crawling,patent data processing,idea generation,idea management and evaluation,innovation solution generation,innovation solution management and evaluation.Patent data crawling is responsible for crawling the patent data in various fields from the Wanfang knowledge service platform,and patent data processing is responsible for Chinese word segmentation,index creation,the word vector and the document vector representation for the patent data.Idea generation is responsible for related words cohesion and related patent retrieval according to the innovation key words input by the user,to assist users to create idea.Idea management and evaluation is responsible for managing ideas and publishing idea to the Maker Community for evaluation,selecting feasible idea and modifying the idea according to the results.Innovation solution generation is responsible for matching the technical problems in the process of idea implementation with the invention principle and recommending the patents of the invention principle,to assist users to solve technical problems by applying the invention principles of TRIZ and create an innovation solution.Innovation solution management and evaluation is responsible for managing innovation solution and assessing technical problem and innovation solution,and selecting feasible solution based on the results of the evaluation and the revising the innovation solutions.The system combines patent data,TRIZ invention principles and computer technology to assist users in product innovation.This paper describes the demands,summary design,detailed design,as well as implementation and test of the system in full detail.The system uses B/S architecture.It is developed with Eclipse IDE.Furthermore,it adopts MySQL to store data.In addition,the development of system uses Java language and SSM framework.It can be run on both Windows and Linux operating system.At present,the system has been running into the trial stage,with more than 300 million patent data and more than 500 registered users.In many fields such as industrial manufacturing and Internet product research and development,it helps users generate hundreds of ideas and solutions,and reduce the cost of innovation.
