Cooperation Of Newspaper Industry Between China And Russia

The strategic partnership between China and Russia is one of the most important international and strategic relations.With the deepening of strategic partnership,media need to interpret and publicize the cooperation process.The development of China and Russia's newspaper system is relatively completed,and is an important part of media system.From the perspective of newspaper cooperation,a comprehensive discussion is made on the basis of Sino Russian newspaper cooperation,feasibility of cooperation,ways and methods of cooperation,content and objectives of cooperation.This paper is based on the theories of Journalism and communication.Using Sino Russian comparative journalism as the research framework and taking Sino Russian newspaper industry cooperation as the main research object,combined with text analysis,case analysis and statistical analysis,with the practical scientific research field,this paper study the cooperation of newspaper industry under the strategic partnership between China and Russia,in order to provide a theoretical support and evidence for the establishment of bilateral cooperation system of the newspaper.Apart from the introduction,the main body of this paper consists of three main parts.The main contents are as follows:The first part studies the development and cooperation of China and Russia's newspaper industry.First,based on the newspaper industry system,the type and structure of the newspaper,the nature and integration of the newspaper industry,the development of China and Russia's newspaper industry has been studied.And then,based on the similar development process of the two countries' newspaper industry,the basis of the cooperation between the two newspapers has been studied.The conclusion is that there is a common basis for cooperation between the two newspapers in the development process,type of operation and the functional trend of development.The second part studies the cooperation paths and methods of Chinese and Russian newspaper industry.First of all,the PEST analysis model is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the Sino Russian newspaper industry cooperation from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.Then,this paper studies the role of government,industry associations and market in the cooperation path of newspaper industry,and establishes a cooperative way of newspaper industry,which is government led,industry associations assist and market participation.Based on Cooperative Path and feasibility analysis,the newspaper industry of the two countries identified the recognition of the newspaper industry,the dissemination of content,the dissemination of technology and means,and the training of personnel training and other cooperative methods.The third part studies the content and goal of Sino Russian newspaper industry cooperation.Combined with the corresponding cooperation methods,first of all,from the dissemination of content,the effect of communication,and the promotion of Sino Russian cooperation in the newspaper industry,four main cooperation contents have been established.For example,introducing the excellent culture of the two countries,such as folk custom,literature,film and television;Reporting the process of building a strategic partnership between the two countries;Publicizing the achievements of the two countries and resisting the western ideology of public opinion.Then combined with the content,the path,and the method,relying on the various documents of China and Russia's cooperation,the goal of the cooperation of the newspaper industry has been established.For example,eliminating estrangement and political mutual trust;Enhancing communication and eliminating misunderstanding between different peoples;Learning from each other to improve cooperation;Creating a harmonious international public opinion environment.Finally,from the angle of ensuring the smooth cooperation of the newspaper industry,Cooperation management,business communication,resource sharing,talent training and other cooperative implementation mechanisms are studied.The following conclusions are obtained through the above study: the cooperation of Sino Russian in newspaper industry is based on the similar development history,industry form and functional trend of development.Through the government conducting,industry association assisting,market participating cooperative route,the newspaper industry of two countries can achieve the goal of enhancing the political trust,public communication and building a harmonious international public opinion with the cooperation methods as cognition,content,technology,talent.
