Design And Implementation Of Patent Management Platform Based On Web

With the rapid development of the intellectual property industry in recent years,most of patents has possessed by China in the world.In order to make professional technicians and patent analysts retrieve and analyze patents online in real time,the research and development of the patent management platform was undertaken by the internship company so as to establish the internal management system and reduce legal risks and investment risks of enterprises.The main functions of the platform include:(1)Establishing an internal messaging system to increase communication efficiency among employees;(2)Creating a patent databases by importing a large amount of patent information from Excel and other documents;(3)Indexing patents so that users can retrieve data easily;(4)Building a search platform to speed up the user's search for patents;(5)Demonstrating the analysis result of the analysis data under different visual graphs;(6)Establishing a warning mechanism which can periodically notify the corresponding personnel to maintain the patent data.During the internship period,the development of personnel management,information systems,and patent early warning modules was accomplished.The development of patent databases management,patent indexing,patent search,and patent analysis are also involved.Before the platform went online,the author participated in the relevant testing of the platform and ensured the correctness of the code submitted to GitHub.Based on the B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,the project relies on the Java language and SSM(Spring MVC Spring MyBatis)framework.It adopts Model View Controller(MVC)design mode,MySQL and MongoDB databases as well as Solr search engine to speed up the search.It uses JfreeChart to generate charts and Java POI to import and export data from Excel.The platform is stable after going online.The database of it contains hundreds of thousands of patent data and thousands of daily active users.It can support professional technicians and patent analysts to conduct online patent analysis efficiently and quickly.Equipped with the good usability,scalability,and extensibility,the system software architecture fulfills the high cohesion and low coupling software development.
