After more than a hundred years of development,the Museum of China has been developing steadily and rapidly.More and more people choose to go into the museum,and children are the group of audiences that cannot be ignored in the museum.Nowadays,many domestic museums have set up education departments for specialized to carry out educational activities for the audience of different ages.Although the education of museums has gradually attracted attention,the education of children in museums in China is still in an immature stage.There are still many problems in the process of planning,design and implementation of educational activities,which still need a long time to explore and research.This article will take the Changsha Museum as an example to investigate and analyze the children's educational activities in the museum.Firstly,the origin of the topic and the purpose of the research are expounded,and related researches are reviewed.Then,the current situation of children's education in the Department of Social Education of Changsha Museum was reviewed and elaborated.When combined with the own experience in the Museum of museum learning,children's education activities are classified and summarized,analyzed the characteristics and advantages of the Changsha Museum's educational activities,and addresses the problems and shortcomings of the Changsha Museum's children's education activities,and then suggestions for reference.Finally,according to the research and analysis of the full text,a reasonable prospect for the children's education in the museum is made.
