The continuous strengthening of the patent in market competition,more and more enterprises are attaching importance to the role of patents.Patents represent the latest stage in the development of technology,and it is also an important factor for sustainable development of a company.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the role of patents is particularly important.Beidou industry,as a strategy emerging industry,has a huge technological advantage in China.For the independent intellectual property rights of Beidou industry in the initial stage,we must transform it into a competitive advantage.This transformation needs to be realized through systematic intellectual property work.We should make the Beidou intellectual property work as a systematic project from the overall perspective,and put the strategic height at the strategic level.We should not only attach importance to the application of patent technology,but also attach importance to the formulation and participation of standards,attach importance to the quality of patents and attach importance to the number of patents.Based on Beidou industry in Shandong province related patent information analysis this issue in-depth research,respectively using patent value evaluation method,the technology life cycle method and hierarchical clustering method Beidou industry in Shandong province,patent information analysis,combining three analysis methods,to carry on the deeper depth characteristics of patent information mining.Based on the analysis of the patent analysis results of the Beidou industry in Shandong province,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the Beidou industry and the intellectual property policy in Shandong province.
