In the media-integrated media ecology,the integration of traditional media and new media is the only way for the transformation of television media.In the context of media integration,traditional television media is undergoing tremendous changes in content production,business models,information technology systems and organizational structures.These changes will have a profound impact on human resources in traditional media organizations.From a management perspective,human resources are the core and most valuable resource for organizational development.Media human resources are the core and most valuable resources in media organizations and play a decisive role in the successful transformation of traditional media.Under the strong impact of new media and the Internet,traditional media led by TV stations need to"change".The perfect training system in modern human resources management is an important part.As a synonym for traditional media,the TV station is also the "mouthpiece" of the Party Central Committee and the government.It is a self-supporting business unit.From the management point of view,there are many restrictions.Compared with enterprises,human resources management is difficult to manage.Low flexibility.However,in the current situation,it is inevitable to adapt to changes in the talent cultivation and development strategy.Training as an important part of the six major modules of human resources management,talent optimization and potential mining can build a perfect team To meet the development needs of the organization.This article will discuss the construction of a training system based on the competencies and competency of TV stations in the context of media integration from six parts.The first part discusses the research background,research significance,main content,and research methods.The second part is to sort out the existing literature of related theories.At present,human resources research based on competency is more and more abundant,but most of them are managers,The quality model of managers is rarely based on a specific industry characteristics.The third part uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method to obtain six competency qualities,and defines and builds a competency model;the fourth part selects one The research object—GXTV—examines the status quo and existing problems.The fifth part is an empirical study of GXTV and uses this competency model to establish a training system.The sixth part is the summary of the previous argumentation research.In summary,the research results show that the competency of TV stations in the context of media integration is divided into six qualities:political quality,innovation ability,learning ability,business ability,media thinking,and team cooperation ability.The training system under the background of the times helps the transformation and upgrading of traditional media,and at the same time it can also reduce the loss and waste of media talents,and provide practical significance for the strategic development of television stations.
