In the age of the mobile internet,facial expressions have quickly occupied a place in the social field for their novelty,humor,and speed of communication."No expression,No social interaction" has become the social way of the youth groups.As a kind of "unorthodox" network culture,meme has a wide range of spread and has a great influence on communication as much as the mainstream culture.What is the value of the communication of meme,what is the reason behind its value,and how will it develop in the future? This is the main research direction of this research.This research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter explains the meaning and characteristics of meme and the development process of meme according to the literature.Chapter two is based on the questionnaire survey and the results of the analysis of the audience using meme,the use of behavior.The third chapter is the value study of meme communication.In the aspect of communication value,it is considered that meme has the value of compensating non-verbal information,recording hot events and enhancing communication ability.The meme can not only inherit and develop the traditional culture,but also act as the new representative of grass-rooted culture,and become the "spokesman" of the mass socializing.In terms of commercial value,the IP operation mode of meme not only innovates the single profit mode of traditional trading,but also can be used by brand enterprises to seize the opportunity marketing by using the advantages of low expression package cost and fast transmission.Chapter 4th describes the reasons for the three values of meme communication.Firstly,meme is essentially an image,visual attraction becomes the key factor;Secondly,the development of technology also plays an irreplaceable advantage in traditional culture and grass-rooted culture.Finally,fan economy becomes an important reason why meme has commercial value.Chapter 5th is based on the summary of the above contents.provides several suggestions for the future development of meme: From the communication subject,we should consciously guide and construct the socialist core values;From the communication content,we should put an end to it,prohibiting vulgar and corrupting cultural content and propagating positive energy;From the point of view of communication object,only by strengthening the supervision of the network platform can we make the meme move in the right direction;From the point of view of the communication effect,the development of IP in foreign countries is matured,and the development of IP in China is only in the exploratory stage,so on the basis of foreign mature operation mode,we can find a unique development road of Chinese characteristics.
