Study On The Academic Influence Of High Frequency Editorial Board Group Of Domestic Library And Information Science Journals

In order to ensure the academic innovation and profession of the academic journals,it is necessary to employ a large number of excellent reviewers to control the quality of the manuscript,and also necessary to appoint influential scholars as editorial board,to help the journal to make the direction of development,the topic selection and the manuscript review.Journals will appoint editorial board who is representative in the field,according to the development needs of the journals development.If we regard these editorial boards as an academic group,we can quickly get the status of subject development by editorial boards common realization.However,how does the editorial board affect development of subject,needs to be proved by empirical research on the different angles of academic influence of the editorial board.This study mainly used group analysis,empirical research,knowledge map and Gephi,SPSS and other research tools,sort out and summarize 18 kinds of core journals in the domestic library and information science(CSSCI2017-2018 version)editorial board list.Selecting the scholars who employed by journals more than four times as the research object.The paper is divided into five parts.(1)analyzing the basic information of the high frequency editorial board,including the number of working periodicals,the correlation index,and the co-occurrence relationship with the journals.(2)analyzing the journals which affected by the high frequency editorial board and matching the subject of the journal,then obtained the high frequency editorial influence radiation range.(3)analyzing the impact of high-frequency editors to the scholars.According to the scholars' influence change,obtain the way that the high frequency editorial group influence scholars.(4)analyzing the ability that the high frequency editorial group influence research subject.Using visualization to make the high frequency editorial group and field knowledge map.Comparing and analyzing these two knowledge maps,obtain the way that high frequency editorial group lead subject development.(5)analyzing the topic of the high frequency editing group in recent years,and predicts the future research hotspot of this subject.The empirical evidence shows that the high frequency editorial board stabilize the research framework through their academic credit,and continuously develop and promote the development of the subject.
