Research On Configuration Method Of Measurement And Control System Based On Web

Configuration software which plays a more and more significant role in the field of measurement and control has become the key products.Nowadays,most of the configuration software products at home and abroad run in the Windows platform.And with the development of Internet/Intranet technology,Web technology has been widely used.Some configuration software provides a way of Web publishing,which allows the user to realize the goal of remote monitoring.However,in order to realize the graphical monitoring,software needs to be installed on the client.And the client software must be installed in a specific operating system which needs much maintenance costs.For the shortcomings of the traditional configuration software products,this design proposes a B/S model configuration software based on the CGI technology,which can really has nothing to do with the platform.The users can simply utilize the browser without having to install other software to realize the remote observation of site monitoring picture.On the basis of that,in this thesis,it completes the following research;(1)By studying the present situation of the development of domestic and foreign configuration software,and making comparisons between the B/S structure and C/S structure,the Web publishing way based on CGI is proposed.At the same time put forward the overall scheme of the configuration system;(2)According to study the real-time database which is the core of the configuration software,put forward three layers of storage structure,and designs for the real-time database in PC and Linux platform respectively;(3)Making researches on Web page publishing of configuration software,and design the corresponding static pages and dynamic pages;(4)The concrete implementation of I/O configuration is completed in PC and Linux platform,and the CAN bus technology of configuration system is summarized.In addition,the design for the CAN bus running modbus protocol is made;Applying the configuration software in the laboratory under the liquid level control system and achieves the expected effect,realizing the remote monitoring via a browser.
