Digital Service as the main form of communication services in 4G network era is the main target of business transformation of telecom operators.However,Internet environment is easy to spread and copy,the unlimited features make piracy of digital content and violations flooding,digital copyright protection has become essential.IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem)as the core network of 4G has a standard signaling system,while supporting the openness of services,also can meet the session management and digital service deployment.Therefore,a combination of both,designing and implementing digital copyright protection system based on IMS application server will effectively ensure the healthy development of Internet digital services market and the interests of service providers which not to be harmed.This thesis studies and designs a IMS application server for DRM(Digital Right Management)and session management,while joining the IMS signaling mechanism,incorporating IMS service architecture and using application server operation mode of B2BUA(Back-to-Back User Agent)innovatively which is easy to achieve services control and accounting.Research on the application server will speed up the integration of IMS services and digital services and rich service network content.There is a wide range of application requirements and prospects.In this thesis,the main research contents and achievements are as follows.1)This thesis researches and designs the network and function architectures of the IMS application server supportting DRM and session management,designs a typical "live" service signaling process and implements the key signaling process logic;2)A method about expansions of session initial protocol and session description protocol is proposed,which could be used to support the transmission negotiation of digital content and the right object,and the related signaling message flows are designed;3)List of service information pushing mechanism is designed and implemented,and designing the corresponding logical process;4)This thesis proposes and adopts the technical scheme of AS operation mode of B2BUA,implements the service session control function entity and standardizes the service signaling logic;5)Designing and achieveing the service distribution control function entity,adopting the design scheme of UA,and completing the implementation of the interface function.Tests show that the IMS application server designed and implemented in this thesis can satisfy the development of digital service which supports digital copyright protection;all functions and running effect meet the design requirements,and has been to demonstrate the application.
