Development And Implemention Of Control System For Automation Label Cutting Machine

With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the market demand for various labels has grown rapidly.Label post-press cutting is an important process in the production of labels.With the high trends of increasing labor costs and raising market quality requirements of the tag,the development of automatic label cutting machine to reduce the cost of label processing and enhance the quality of label production has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign research on technology of label automatic cutting machine,this paper has developed a control system of automatic cutting machine based on ARM micro-controllers and this system is successfully applied in a batch label automatic cutting machine of the entrusted enterprise.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the actual function requirements of the system,a control system of automatic cutting machine based on ARM micro-controllers is developed.The design of the overall control system and the hardware circuit design of the controller are described in detail in this paper.2)This paper analyzes common interpolation algorithm acceleration and deceleration algorithm,and put forward a data sampling method with synchronous error compensation so that the interpolation precision is improved.This paper adopt S curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm and designs speed preview control method for Motion control of continuous trajectory.Accordingly,mechanical vibration and noise in equipment operation are reduced and the precision has been improved.3)According to system requirement,this paper achieves system automatic marking,coordinate transformation,PWM control for cutter presure.And touch screen human-computer interaction interface is designed.4)This paper developed software for label automatic cutting machine control system,including the main program,touch screen communication subroutine,the receiving and storing subroutine of PLT file,PLT file parsing subroutine,Target seeking subroutine,cutting subroutine,paper feeding and deviation correcting subprogram,manual test subroutine.Finally,this paper summarizes the work on this subject,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and clarifies the future improvement direction.
