Joint Replenishment Problem(JRP)means that when multiple products are jointly ordered,they need to be acquired from the same supplier or transported by the same vehicle.The joint replenishment of the multiple products of the same supplier is to minimize the total cost under the conditions of meeting the requirements.In real life,the market is changeable.In order to avoid the influence of these uncertain factors on business,enterprises will produce or order part of stock as early as possible.The inventory cost of products accounts for a large proportion of the company's liquidity.Reasonable inventory management can reduce the share of capital and improve the flexibility of enterprises.The uncertainty of the product demand caused by the uncertain factors is unfavourable to the production of the enterprise and the planning of the purchasing plan.In this paper,we study the joint replenishment problem under fuzzy demand.We use the trapezoidal fuzzy number to express the uncertain demand.We transform the JRP problem model into a mathematical model by using fuzzy mathematics theory,and solve it by the modern intelligent algorithm.Considering the demand for the fuzzy quantity and decision-making in the premise of satisfying constraints,demand for products with trapezoidal fuzzy number representation,mathematical model of a variety of products in the JRP problem with fuzzy demand,JRP problem with two decision variables: basic replenishment cycle T and each product of frequency,cost from the two aspects of order cost and inventory cost,the total cost minimization as the objec tive function of the final inventory.There is no polynomial algorithm in this model,and the value of the modern optimization algorithm is the most accurate.The chaos optimization algorithm can solve these problems.In this paper,we use adaptive chaos ant colony algorithm and chaos differential algorithm to solve instances of joint replenishment under such fuzzy demand,and analyze their advantages and disadvantages.In order to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm,aiming at the problem of uncertain variables in the inventory management system,the chaos optimization algorithm is applied to the actual cases,which reduces the inventory cost of enterprises.
