Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Public Opinion Monitoring System

The development of the Internet,especially micro-blog,WeChat as the carrier of the two micro media from the rapid development of the government,enterprises,public opinion monitoring has become particularly important.The spread of Internet public opinion,especially the negative news,is alarming,causing enormous pressure of public opinion,so that it has to face and deal with.In recent years,because of the enterprise crisis and personal crisis caused by network events,it is necessary to establish a public opinion monitoring system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)the research background and significance of the research,in-depth understanding of this topic research status at home and abroad,the full introduction elaborates this topic crawler technology,including text processing technology,topic detection and topic tracking technology,lay a solid foundation for the next research topic;(2)based on the enterprise public opinion monitoring,research and Analysis on enterprise public opinion monitoring system,with the further research in the topic based on the feasibility analysis,project construction target and main users,analysis of the main case of each function module of the system and system,and describe the system from two aspects of functional and non functional of;(3)the system uses B/S architecture,developed by MVC model,analysis and design of the function module of the system,including data acquisition,data processing and analysis of public opinion,system application and system management,and the design of the module using the class diagram and sequence diagram and other UML architecture,and finally through the E-R diagram and database table structure the way to design the system database;(4)the core of monitoring public opinion in addition to climb from the data,is the algorithm of natural language processing,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of this system in new word recognition,topic detection and topic tracking algorithm,and a brief description of the realization algorithm.(5)at last,the system development environment and implementation effect diagram are given.At the same time,in order to verify the effectiveness of the system,the system is tested from two aspects of function and performance.According to the actual operation of the system,the system can meet the actual needs of the remaining public opinion monitoring.The use of the Internet public opinion monitoring system to understand public opinion,to help enterprises to improve their product quality,improve service level and decision-making plays an important role,so this research has important practical significance.
