| Brilliance Auto Group is an automobile production enterprise.Although the group has corresponding information software in the management of automobile sales,the software has been used for a long time and has been unable to meet the needs of the automobile sales management of Brilliance Automotive Group.In this context,the need for the group to develop an information system that can adapt to the current sales business.The system should be able to manage the entire lifecycle of the order and should also manage the financial information involved in the order.The work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Background research.This paper studies the current order management business of Brilliance Automotive Corporation,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using information management in this project.This paper also studies the present situation of foreign automobile order information,and compares it with the informatization of automobile order management in our country.(3)Requirement analysis.The system uses the idea of software engineering development,so the requirement analysis has become a very important step.This paper first analyzes several important workflow of the system,and gives the function flow chart.Then,this paper analyzes the function of the system and describes the problems solved by each function.Third,this paper analyzes the position of the system users,introduces the responsibilities of the users in different posts,and gives user case diagrams of different posts.Finally,this paper gives the user's requirements for system performance.(4)System design.In the system design work,this paper describes the system architecture selection and the overall design of the solution.Then,this paper divides the functional modules of the system,and introduces the specific functions of each function.The system can achieve the dealer's order management,order approval management,vehicle return management.The system can also manage inventory and financial conditions.The statistical analysis function of the system can provide data support for the group leader's decision.Then,this paper introduces the design of database and the design of interface.(5)System implementation.In the introduction of system implementation,this paper first introduces the realization of the important technology of the system,and then gives the system functional modules interface.In the implementation of the system,the development platform is "VS2010",used in the development of technology is ASP.NET.In the implementation of the system,the key technologies in this paper include database connection,page printing and data upload.Through database connection technology,in the development does not need to often write a SQL statement,but by the entity class method calls to complete the operation of the database;When printing a page,the system does not print all pages,but prints the pages of the specified area;In the data upload,the system implements reading Excel table data,and the contents of the batch table can be added to the database.(6)System testing.This paper tests the system using black box testing,and also gives the system performance test.Through the system testing,improve the accuracy of the system,reduce the risk of users.After the application of the system,you can better manage brilliance auto group order information,the communication between the distributor and the group is more smoothly,standardizes the car order handling process,improve work efficiency,so that the group's sales performance further improved. |
