Cloud Computing is being from theory into practice through the continuous advancement of industry and academia,since put forward as a newly commercial evaluation model.The core of Cloud Computing is used virtualization to combine each server,application software,etc.to a resource pool,with which to realize agile allocation.Resource schedule is an important research fields,the schedule efficiency of resources directly influence the whole performance of cloud environment.So finding an optimization resource schedule algorithm has great significance to Cloud Computing research and it is the challenges we are facing up to now.On the foundation of analyzing Cloud Computing background and some critical technologies about Cloud Computing,referring the research of resource schedule algorithm under the cloud environment,this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:This thesis analyzes the cloud computing and the resource scheduling in the cloud computing.It also analyzes the conception,characteristic,classification and major technologies like MapReduce distributed frame of cloud computing.And study carefully the characteristic of cloud computing,the model of resource scheduling,the goal of resource scheduling algorithm,and existing scheduling algorithms.Ant Colony Algorithm has great result on solving NP-hard problems.This thesis improves the basic ant colony algorithm and designs a resource scheduling algorithm based on the improved Ant Colony Algorithm(IACO).The algorithm takes task and the virtual machine allocation at a time as the crawling node.It not only considers the task execution time,also increased the calculation costs of task execution and load balance factor in the virtual machine.To test the algorithm's effectiveness,the thesis uses cloud simulator CloudSim to simulate user tasks and virtual resources under cloud environment and designs a resource scheduling system to experience intuitively the feasibility and performance of the algorithm and make simulation to the algorithm,.Through experiment,making analysis from many aspects to algorithm which confirms the improved Ant Colony Algorithm is more optimized in resource scheduling,which needs shorter executive time,less cost and better load balance.
