On The Implementation Path And Development Prospects Of Informatization For Compiling And Studying Ethnic Archives

Since the 1990s,the human beings have entered formally in an era of informatization,and the degree of informatization has become a standard of measuring for level of modernization and comprehensive national strength of a country.Archives information has the characteristics of authority,original,and reliability,so that we should undertake timely the informatization processing,in order to provide services for social public and scientific research institutions.The archives literatures of ethnic minorities are an important part of archives finds in our country,and it is a bright pearl of Chinese culture.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic think and study on the compiling and researching for the informatization processing of ethnic minorities so as to provide reference for the development and utilization of the ethnical archives resources.This paper employs with combinations of the methods of analysis,literature research,comparative research,investigation and empirical research to study the topic.With the theory and method of information resources management and information technology application of the information management,combined with the author's study of research article on compiling files and discipline of ethnic archives,and daily practice of internship experience at ordinary times.The compiling files,information compiling,ethnic archives and ethnic archives compiling and other basic concepts are elaborated in this paper.By comparing the characteristics of compiling for traditional archives and informatization archives,to find the limitations of compiling and the advantages of network compilation.With analysis of the status quo,the insufficiency and the reason of the ethnic archives compilation in the present information environment,we found out the urgent problem to be solved.This paper puts forward a solution to the problems in the process of ethnical archives compiling for the application of the database,the information selection,the management and development of archives information system,and the construction of sharing platform,for the problems of subjective cognition and subjective ability in the matter of professional knowledge,computer operation skills and cooperation consciousness exist in the ethnic minority compiling team.Finally,describe in the whole the operation mode of the compilation of ethnic minorities archives literature.The research results show that the informatization of archives compiling is still in the early stage of exploration and practice,the development of archives compiling informatization of ethnic minority is a long process.We need to learn the leading archives digital technology and the methods of archives compiling work from the foreign archives world so that we can integrate and develop the out-of-order and fragmented archives information of ethnic minorities to provide services for social and scientific research institutions.
