Telecom companies want to gain a competitive advantage,they must respect the differences in customer demand,targeted to provide customers with quality service,so in order to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction while obtaining profits.Currently,the telecommunications business in general through various information processing techniques for detailed analysis of consumer behavior,consumer characteristics to identify the customer,to provide policy suggestions for the operators.However,domestic mobile operators of information systems tend to be specifically in charge of a particular information.If you want to get complete information,you need different access modes and permissions within the scope of different systems or systems query,resulting in the operator's internal information silos.In this paper,regarding the domestic telephone business manager as the starting point,research manager of the telephone business in the face of increasingly fierce market competition problems and new needs,combined with data mining methods,design and implementation the customer relationship management system with information mining capabilities.The main work is as follows:(1)The C5.0 decision tree method is introduced into the telephone business manager,and verified by Clementine analysis software in the phone business manager C5.0 decision tree method compared with other data mining algorithms have a better performance.Modeling results show that the results obtained under the C5.0 decision tree algorithm often enables users to more easily understand than the results obtained under the neural network algorithm,and under the rules of decision tree algorithms also facilitate a more intuitive explanation.In addition,during the modeling process,data for possible problems,such as missing fields and data loss,C5.0 decision tree algorithm also reflects the greater stability,we do not need to get through multiple training model data results.To this end,the establishment of data warehouse integration of specialized data mining tools and data analysis system for customer segments for operators to provide technical support practical significance and application prospects.(2)Use C5.0 decision tree method to build customer churn early warning.Test results show that the system can use data mining for customer churn for effectiveearly warning to help telecommunications companies to retain the potential loss of customers.(3)Analyze the telephone business manager needs,use the basic idea and theory of customer relationship management,design and implementation the phone manager business support system...
