With the development of information technology,video has become an important way to obtain information for people,as it's more intuitive and extensive.The emergence of various video sites,audio and video,surveillance video development,so that the video data showing explosive growth;in the mobile communication network,enhancing the accuracy and real-time of video transmission,improving video quality is very important during the encoding and decoding technology research.With the advances in modern electronic technology and technique,communication network devices' computing and storage capacity increasing,wired and wireless transmission rate rising,communication,computing and caching,the 3C integration,compression technologies progress,providing the conditions for efficient transmission of video in mobile broadband communications.However,the communication bandwidth growth is far less than the rate of video data,lacking of communication resources have an pressure on video transmission,in the same video traffic conditions,how to save bandwidth resources is a serious problem.From image content,this thesis had studied video redundant.The main work are described as follows:Firstly,the thesis present a new processing framework to save bandwidth based on mobile broadband communication.In this paper,save bandwidth means use different techniques and approaches to decrease data transfer or storage volume on contents.Secondly,kinds of key technologies about video save bandwidth processing framework has been studied in papers.Video is comprised by continuous frames.The compression is wipe off redundant of intra-frame and inter-frame.Frames have redundant information over the time distance interval.In order to reduce the redundancy,we use shot detection to extract reference frames.Based on reference frames to build model library,the same area of model library.Sending and receiving terminal store and update model library at the same time.Matching models and pictures,matching area of the image information is not transmitted,and according to the model libraries to recover frame,reduce frames interval redundancyFinally,we build up and accomplish a simulation platform about computing and caching of save bandwidth based on audio and video.Analyze the quality after use our save bandwidth system for videos.The results proved that this computing and caching system save bandwidth.
