Design And Implementation Of Meteorological Bureau Office System Based On SOA

There are various daily business at the meteorological bureau,including document management,meeting management,attendance management and so on,and every business contains a lot of information activities,especially document management involves many departments,many staffs' information activaity.Traditional manual operation method is inefficient,not suitable for the development of modern office automation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an office automation system for the Bureau of Meteorology.With the development of information technology,office automation system is also developed,and all kinds of advanced technology has been integrated into the office automation system.Especially with the advent of SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture),as its realization represent,Web Service is suitable to build software system based on business process because of its self-autonomy,decoupling characteristics and so on.Office automation system is used to automatically deal with business process for office business,therefore,office automation system based on Web Service is gradually loved by people,and all kinds of office automation system based on Web Service is increased gradually.The weather bureau office system is also no exception.Introducing semantic technology to Web Service,intelligent service discovery and composition are more easily realized.In addition,as office business may office change,such as personnel adjustment,office equipment replacement,process changes and so on,or newly increased office businesses,therefore,office automation system's strain capacity should be strengthened in order to meet with this changed business needs.This project makes the combination of Meteorological Bureau office business characters,aiming at the shortage of traditional business ability office system,under the background of the above-mentioned technologies,author developed a weather bureau office system based on SOA.Firstly,this paper describes the system's analysis about business process,Web Services of business fuctions,database.Then,in the process of system design,a six layer archive of office system based on SOA is proposed,including semantic function,and every layer's function of the archive is analyzed.To dispatch business management as the main business office,this paper detailed describes design for dispatch service and the system management services,and the semantic enabling key functions in SO A,such as registration and discovery of Web Service,semantic Web Services' management,scheduling of Web Services for office business,are detailed designed.Finally,the system's prototype is partially realized.
