Design And Implementation Of The Prevention And Control System Of Medical Risk

With the rapid development of medical technology in our country,the medical philosophy of taking patient as the center continuous strike root in the hearts of the people.How to improve the service quality of the hospital,and reduce the risk in the process of medical treatment,and ensure patient safety has gradually become the improve direction of hospital constantly.As a hospital manager,it should be possible to select the appropriate measures to prevent and control risk and eliminate or reduce these risks,and reduce the loss caused by the medical risks,and maintenance the common interests of both doctor and patient.The prevention and control system of medical risk mainly on the process of medical monitoring,the risk early-warning model mainly on some abnormal factors warning to remind the management for some high risk factors and indicators of key monitoring and prevention.The establishment of prevention and control mechanism of medical risk,to support modern information technology,and build prevention and control system of medical risk of clear responsibilities and risk can control the risk to a minimum.How to warn for these risk factors of abnormal also appears particularly important.Based on the medical risk identification on the risk index,the paper has put forward the model of early-warning of risk,of which relates to the specific data acquisition,analysis,processing and comparing had elaborated.The contents,functions and principles of the principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process were introduced in detail.It had analysed the abnormal data of risk with the method of principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process,we had designed and developed a prevention and control system of medical risk,and apply the model of early-warning of risk for a specific hospital deployed the system.We were analyzed the target,functional requirements,data requirements,development platform and development tools,and also designed the architecture and functional of system,and the function of five sub modules and the corresponding database design,and implement the related functions by coding.Finally,we carried on the test to the system.It was able to effective monitor and alarm for a part of the daily operation of the hospital,and provided a solid basis for hospital supervisors of a comprehensive understanding of the medical risks.It ensured the normal operation of the hospital.
