Social Work Research On Help-Seeker Intelligent Care In Social Media

The WHO report shows that suicide is the second largest cause which leads to death among young people aged between 15 and 29.With the increase of the number of Internet users,the occurrence rate of Internet suicide is increasing day by day,which has aroused wide concern from all walks of life.From the emergence of the Internet,to the development of social media,then to the rise of big data and artificial intelligence technologies,social workers have been putting emphasis on each technological change from a professional perspective,timely absorbing new technologies into professional practices,and helping solve problems,so as to promote the benign development of society.At present,most of the studies on suicide in "Tree Hole" of Weibo are centered on the identification and intervention of individual psychological and mental health.And this paper aims to use artificial intelligence technology to find out potential seekers and intelligently match helpful resources in face of social media field in accordance with the practical method and idea of links to social-work resource,so as to explore the practical path of online help.Through text analysis,the research focuses on the text information of "Tree Hole" to conduct research on the discovery and interpretation of "Seeking",and the resources of "Helping".The processing technology of natural language is used to "Understand" the help-seeking text and realize the intellectualization of resource matching;Finally,the service model of providing intelligent care for the supplicant is established.The study found that the information seeking for help in the "Tree Hole" was mainly manifested in the expression of emotions,feelings,and a large quantity of words related to death.In terms of local culture,the help-seeking texts are divided into five themes of "Suffering from illness","Uneasy life","Human relationship","Find a way out" and "What is life",which not only explain the reasons for "Seeking",but also provide guidance for the content of "Helping".The resources of "Tree Hole" are mostly emotional supports which are presented by encouragement and comfort,and instrumental resources include cognition and companionship,which call for the guidance of professionals.In the case of a small amount of samples,the classification of help-seeking information by text characteristics can be realized by processing technology of natural language,indicating that the use of technical means can initially "understand" the need for help in social media;And by intelligent resource coordination,we can provide care for the patient timely.This study shows that with the assistance of artificial intelligence technology,social workers are able to provide intelligent care and services for the help-seekers in face of the cyberspace,which has certain practical significance.
