The modernization of agricultural and rural areas is the general goal of the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is the general grasp of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" under the background of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The key to the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents.As the main body of the revitalization of talents,farmers should fully understand the important position of farmers in the revitalization of talents.Through the training of new-type vocational farmers,we can improve their agricultural production and operation ability,so that they can grow into new-type vocational farmers who have culture,know technology and know how to operate.Then we can improve the agricultural production mode,improve the agricultural production efficiency,promote the income of farmers,and promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization in China.In recent years,the Central Document No.1 issued a detailed description of the cultivation of new occupation farmers,and has clearly defined the direction and goal for training new occupation farmers.As the first national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone in China,Yangling Demonstration Zone in Shaanxi Province has carried out new vocational farmer training since 2004.The training for farmers in arid and semi-arid areas has accumulated more than 480000 person times,which has made great contribution to the cultivation of new vocational farmers in China.However,in practice,the training effect is still not ideal About the high-quality development of the new vocational farmer training work.Through the relevant research on the current situation of new vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province,the corresponding conclusions can be drawn,which can further improve the new vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province,and also provide some reference for other regions.Based on the guidance of the theory of human's all-round development,the theory of feasible ability,the theory of human capital and the theory of labor transfer,this study adopts the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire to investigate the new vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province.Taking the advantages,basic situation and main methods of training as the main research content,combined with the investigation facts,the basic understanding of the new vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province is formed,the existing problems in the training process are explored,and the effective countermeasures and suggestions aimed at improving the training effect are put forward accordingly.The basic conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Yangling Demonstration Area,Shaanxi Province,gives full play to its own advantages and adopts the training mode of "going out and inviting in".Since 2004,it has started the new vocational farmer training work for the arid and semi-arid areas,which provides talent guarantee and support for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,modern agricultural development,new rural construction and other fields in the arid and semi-arid areas Intellectual support has initially formed a "Yangling Agricultural Science" training brand with the characteristics of Yangling Demonstration Area in Shaanxi Province.2.Although Yangling Demonstration Area in Shaanxi Province has made great achievements in the training of new vocational farmers,there are still some problems in the training process,which are embodied in training motivation,training content,training method,training object selection,training teachers,training funds,training work assessment,post training tracking service,etc.,all of which hinder to varying degrees The high quality development of new vocational farmers training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province.3.On the basis of absorbing the relevant experience of new-type vocational farmer training at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of developing new-type vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province,taking improving the training effect as the core,starting from the following aspects: adopting various publicity methods to guide farmers to establish correct training concepts;strictly selecting procedures to expand the scope of training subjects;improving the training accuracy,Carry out diversified training mode;strengthen the construction of training faculty base,optimize the structure of training faculty;increase the support of government training funds,encourage the investment of social funds;strengthen the supervision of training institutions,reform the evaluation and assessment system;improve the follow-up service mode of training,and increase the support.In order to build a new characteristic brand of vocational farmer training in Yangling Demonstration Area of Shaanxi Province,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
