The Research On Operating And Management Of Urban Stadiums After Major Sports Event

The sports industry is a new industry that meets the people's longing for a better life in the new era.It bears the historical mission of serving the implementation of major national strategies such as sports power and healthy China.Also,it plays an important role in promoting economic transition and economic growth of China.Especially,since the State Council issued Document 46 th in 2014,China's sports industry has entered a period of rapid development.Large-scale stadiums are the hardware foundation for the development of the sports industry,and they are also the carriers of large-scale sports events.However,because of its high construction cost and high energy consumption cost,the large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums have a great burden on the finance,and the unreasonable operation mode also makes the stadiums resources waste seriously.Based on the research of Shanxi Sports Center,which is the main venue of the Second National Youth Games,this study puts forward some suggestions on the strategy of the successful sports venues and multinational sports venues operating companies in Europe and America.The research will provide some reference for the operators of stadiums and gymnasiums in China,especially in Shanxi.The research method adopts the combination of literature method,case analysis method,logical induction method and comparative analysis method to analyze and study the successful cases in depth,and then put forward feasible suggestions for the operation mode of Shanxi stadiums and gymnasiums.The research results show that the improvement and reform through management right reform,intangible assets realization,stadium and club integration,diversified development,rich event activities and technical means to extend the utilization rate of stadium can greatly improve the post-match operation of stadiums and gymnasiums,and avoid waste of resources and form a virtuous circle at the same time.
