Teenagers born after the “millennial generation” are also known as “digital citizens”,and heralds the indissoluble bond between people and information networks in the future.At the same time,the popularization of electronic products such as smart phones and tablet computers is gradually getting younger.Video software such as TikTok has become a daily mobile phone application for teenagers,and the development of the information network society has reached an unprecedented speed.Faced with these remote machines and text codes,the moral quality of users and operators seems to be more important than knowledge and skills,because it determines the use of information networks and the future development direction of the information society.Therefore,a person who can be based on an information network society in the future is a person with reliable information morality.My country's information education has been carried out for nearly two decades,and students' knowledge and skills in information technology have been greatly improved,but from the other side of the information society,we should also realize that information moral education is imminent.Japan's information moral education has been carried out synchronously since the beginning of the information education.It is important in order to Japan to be in the Asian cultural circle with China and deeply influenced by the “Confucian” culture.Japan's exploration of information on moral education Early development and rich research.The thesis mainly uses the literature research method,historical analysis method and comparative analysis method.Through the analysis and research of the information on moral education system in Japanese elementary and middle schools,the analysis summarizes some experience and provides some useful references for the theory and practice of information moral education in my country.Based on the above research purposes,the paper takes Japanese education informatization as the background,combs the development process of information moral education in Japanese elementary and middle schools,summarizes Japan's policies and legal measures to promote information moral education,and grasps the information morality of Japanese elementary and secondary schools from a macro level The overall picture of education;analyzes the goals of information moral education in elementary and secondary schools in Japan,and the content of education in the horizontal and vertical dimensions determined on this basis,and introduces various educational approaches such as courses and activities to grasp Japan from a macro level The framework of information moral education in elementary and middle schools;at the same time,it further explored the information moral education system in Japan from the five aspects of curriculum design,textbook development,teaching methods,teachers,and evaluation methods,and combed the information moral education in Japan from the micro level.Implementation process;through the above research and analysis,taking the effective experience of Japanese primary and middle school information moral education as a reference,I put forward some thoughts on the information moral education in China's primary and secondary school information technology classes and moral education classes.
