The Practice Research Of University-school Cooperation

With the deepening of school education reform in China,primary and secondary schools have become the most basic executive units in education reform.In the context of closer cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools(also known as “U-S cooperation”),educational reforms are gradually moving towards collaborative warfare.For primary and secondary schools,U-S cooperation can promote the improvement of school management ability,the professional development of teachers,and the improvement of core competitiveness of schools.For universities,it can strengthen the connection between theory and practice,expand the scope of theoretical research,and nurture teacher education.On the other hand,since cooperation is still in the exploratory stage,there are still many problems in all aspects of cooperation.There is still a big gap between the existing theoretical and practical research results and the needs of educational reform.This research starts from the practice of cooperation between XX schools and universities.To go from individual to general,this research investigate the status of U-S cooperation in the region,explore the problems in U-S cooperation and analyze its cause.The purpose of exploring the improvement of U-S cooperation strategies is to encourage primary and secondary schools to actively seek university help,to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of close cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,to achieve the "U" and "S" in-depth cooperation,and to promote the reform of primary and secondary education.This research consists of four parts: The first part is the introduction,it briefly introduced the question,research significance,research content,core concepts,research ideas and methods.The second part is a literature review,it briefly introduce the research results of U-S cooperation at home and abroad,and evaluate and analyze the previous research.The third part is the investigation and analysis of U-S cooperation.It described the cooperation between XX school and university and summary of cooperation experience.Then explored and demonstrated the problems in cooperation,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.The last part is thinking about U-S cooperation improvement strategy,tried to propose improvement strategies from the aspects of ideology,incentive supervision system,evaluation indicators,intervention of administrative forces,etc.
