The Study On Populism On The Political Values Of Contemporary College Students

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party,“the struggle in the ideological field is still complex,and national security is facing new situations”.The new era needs correct ideology to guide social trend,which is conducive to the long-term stability of the country and the enhancement of national cohesion.Populism,as a wrong trend of the ideology field,is accompanied by social class differentiation,the intensification social contradictions,and Internet technology changes.Populism has the characteristics of grass-roots,irrationality and criticism.It not only damages the democratic politics and social economic development of our country,but also harms the national unity and corrodes the party's thought.Nowadays,China is in a critical period of social reform and development.The international situation is complex and unpredictable,and various contradictions and sudden interest problems arise in China.Populism,taking this opportunity,has penetrated into all fields of society and the thoughts of college students' thoughts.It has a bad influence on the overall development of college students.Under the guidance of populism,college students are prone to have wrong ideological cognition,biased values and weak belief,which will lead to the distorted political values and which is not conducive to the healthy growth of college students.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of populism on the political values of contemporary college students.Based on the development history of Marxism,this paper uses the methods of literature research,combination of theory and practice,analysis and induction,interdisciplinary and other methods to analyze the negative influence of populism on the political values of contemporary college students.This paper mainly is discussed from four parts.The first part analyzes the realistic background of populism from the international situation and the current practical background of China.The second part focuses on the analysis of the main contents of the influence of populism on the political values of contemporary college students,respectively from the concept,essential characteristics,basic types and other aspects.The third part are the specific performance and cause analysis of the negative influence of populism on the political values of contemporary college students.First,it starts with typical cases,and then finds that populism has a negative influence on the political cognition,emotion,belief and behavior of college students,and then further analyzes the specific causes of its occurrence.The fourth part returns to the perspective of the development history of Marxism,aiming at the specific reasons,then take actions from four dimensions of adhering to the guidance of socialist market economy,political self-confidence,cultural self-confidence and strengthening the development of "four in one" of school,family,college students and network,to find the corresponding measures of the negative influence of populism on the political values of contemporary college students.
