Classroom quality is an important factor affecting students' academic achievement and personal development,and it is also an inevitable requirement to implement the mathematics curriculum standard,improve teachers' teaching skills and improve students' learning achievement."How to observe and evaluate the quality of a class" and "what are the characteristics of high-quality mathematics class" have always been hot topics discussed by mathematics teaching researchers and front-line mathematics teachers.Based on this,the main problems of this study include:(1)how to build a more operable mathematical classroom evaluation model based on the existing theoretical model?(2)According to the improved model,from each dimension,what are the characteristics of high-quality mathematics classroom in junior high school? In order to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of more targeted evaluation model,and provide useful suggestions for the evaluation and development of mathematics classroom teaching in China.In order to solve the first problem,researchers improved the evaluation framework of mathematics classroom teaching quality based on tru model.The specific steps are: keep all the original six dimensions in the mathematics classroom teaching quality evaluation index system-mathematics content,cognitive needs,teaching organization,student participation,mathematics communication and timely evaluation,and still divide each dimension into three levels,and assign corresponding scores.However,in order to enhance the scientificity and objectivity of the evaluation results,the author watched a large number of high-quality junior high school mathematics class videos,carefully read the literature of using tru and related models to evaluate mathematics class,and finally set up three sub dimensions for each dimension.Therefore,the final research tool includes 6 first level dimensions,18 second level dimensions.Each dimension gives the second level dimensions and specific observation points in detail,which is also the innovation of this study.In order to solve the second problem,this study mainly focuses on five high-quality courses in the "11th junior high school young mathematics teacher excellent course exhibition and training activity" held by the middle school mathematics teaching professional committee of the Chinese educational society in December 2019,and makes quantitative analysis on their videos.Finally,from the six aspects of the improved evaluation system,we can draw a conclusion: the high-quality mathematics course in junior high school in China has excellent performance in teaching organization,good performance in mathematics content,general performance in students' participation,timely evaluation and cognitive needs,and performance in mathematics communication needs to be improved.Then,according to the conclusion,some suggestions are put forward,that is,mathematics teachers should pay attention to: 1.Various means,effective integration;2.Pay attention to connection,build the whole;3.Real cooperation,use generation;4.Problem oriented,inspire teaching.At last,the researcher explains the innovation and shortcomings of this study,and makes a further prospect for the future research.
