A Study On The Integration Of Children's Education For Migrant Workers

Promoted by the rapid economic development,in the context of the accelerating social mobility,migrant workers not only began to appear in China,but also gradually increased.With the increasing population,this group has become an indispensable part of today's society,and with the increasing number of children of migrant workers,their education integration problem has become increasingly prominent,so that children of migrant workers can truly enjoy the fairness of education has become The difficult problem of education in the new era.By consulting literature and conducting questionnaires,this paper tries to analyze the background,theoretical basis,current situation and domestic and foreign educational management experience of the educational integration of the children of migrant workers from the three levels of government,school and family.The reasons for the education integration of the former migrant workers' children are put forward,and countermeasures are put forward to further solve them.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the definition of educational integration of children of migrant workers;secondly,taking Wangzhuang Street of Wuxi Xinwu District as the object of the questionnaire,it analyzes the main problems existing in the education of children of migrant workers,such as the separation of household registration system,the insufficient investment of current government education,the current school education environment barrier.Problems such as obstruction and backward family education.At the same time,it explores the reasons from the aspects of household registration policy,education input,school education awareness and backward family cultural level,and finally puts forward to improve policies and regulations,increase investment in education,increase the introduction of private schools,strengthen the construction of teachers,adopt targeted education and teaching methods,and develop diversification.We should build a new,comfortable and safe "home" for the children of migrant workers and help them better integrate into the urban education and living environment.
