In recent years,as an important part of sports industry,sports events have made a breakthrough development in China.According to No.46 document of several opinions on promoting the development of Sports Industry issued by the State Council and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to speed up the construction of a strong sports country,"promote the construction of good faith and the institutionalization of voluntary service,and strengthen the awareness of social responsibility,rules and dedication".The regulations on voluntary service came into force on December 1,2017.Voluntary service is an important sign of the progress of modern social civilization and an important content of strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.In recent years,the development of sports volunteers in China is very rapid,but there are still many problems in the recruitment and management of sports volunteers.At the same time,there are a large number of volunteers running off.The management of sports volunteers has gradually become the bottleneck of improving the service quality of large-scale sports events.How to improve the service level of volunteers,strengthen the management of volunteers and reduce the loss of volunteers are the hot issues to be solved.Starting from the psychological factors of sports event volunteers,this study makes an in-depth study on the management of volunteers,mainly from the three perspectives of psychological reward,work happiness and self-efficacy,to explore the relationship between the management of sports event volunteers and the response of volunteers,so as to further disintegrate the psychological mechanism of the response of sports event volunteers.It is found that in the process of volunteer management in sports events,the psychological reward,work happiness and self-efficacy of volunteers play an important role in the process of volunteer satisfaction and work input.In the management of volunteers,the management group of sports event volunteers will invest more management factors to improve the work efficiency and service quality of volunteers,such as setting up professional skills training for the volunteer group,improving the service ability of volunteers,investing enough resources,creating a good working environment,providing safety guarantee,humanistic care and Pay attention to the guidance of volunteers' psychology and so on,which are conducive to improving the sense of Psychological Acquisition of volunteers,making volunteers have happy and happy emotions in the process of volunteer activities,and then generating the sense of happinessof volunteers' work.Such happy and happy emotions are conducive to the adjustment of volunteers' self-efficacy and help them gain more self-confidence And affirmation,and then in the process of volunteer work,stimulate work enthusiasm,increase more work input.For large-scale sports events,the service quality of volunteers directly affects the overall service quality and sustainable development ability of large-scale sports events.Therefore,this study suggests that: strengthen organizational management,improve service quality;improve training mechanism,improve training quality;optimize working conditions,improve organizational identity;strengthen basic security,improve work efficiency;pay attention to psychological guidance,stimulate work enthusiasm;strengthen human care,improve organizational sense of belonging.
