Research On The Improvement Of International Literacy Of "going Out Adults" Under The Background Of "the Belt And Road"

Faced with the new era proposition of "The Belt and Road",the various problems faced by Chinese adults in the process of stepping out of the country undoubtedly affect people's hearts.Whether it is the low quality of overseas citizens who have been widely concerned in recent years,or the difficulties of language communication,cross-cultural communication,and lack of international thinking that adults and adults living and working in "along the road" are facing,it is pointing out that they are "weak adults" in international literacy.With the gradual pace of China's opening up to the outside world and the deepening of international exchanges and cooperation,the good international literacy of "going out adults" is not only a realistic need for itself to meet all kinds of challenges of overseas life,but also reflects the eagerly anticipation of the "The Belt and Road" construction for the high-quality performance of talents.It is of theoretical and practical value to explore the improvement of the International Literacy of "going out adults" under the background of "The Belt and Road".Based on the definition and structure division of the concept of International Literacy and the particularity of "going out adults",this study divides the International Literacy into four thematic dimensions: self-quality performance,target country cognition,international cognition and behavior,international professional literacy and ability,and completes the design,development and interview of the research questionnaire The establishment of the program investigates the International Literacy of the research objects.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the overall level of internationalization literacy of "going out adults" is relatively high;there are significant differences among different groups of "going out adults";there are common problems in internationalization literacy of "going out adults",such as weak language literacy,urgent improvement of citizens' quality,difficulty in role transformation at home and abroad,and deep-rooted "stereotype" in cross-cultural communication.According to the results,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the government,universities,enterprises and individuals,in order to effectively improve the international literacy level of "going out adults".At the government level,it is required to pay more attention to the policy level and establish a tripartite training platform;at the university level,it is required to update the concept of continuing education and develop global education integration courses;at the enterprise level,it is required to improve the overseas training mechanism of employees and make up for the short board of overseas talent literacy;at the individual level,it is required to use diversified information access channels to cultivate their own cultural sensitivity.
