In school education,as an important means for teachers to manage education and teaching,Education discipline is for negative evaluation to students' abnormal behaviors.Teachers' disciplinary power,is not only an inherent right of education,but also as a legal right due to teachers.The starting point is to care for students,not to damage their physical and mental health,and the ultimate purpose is to promote the development and progress of students.However,in the current primary and secondary schools,the exercise of teachers' disciplinary power is a more difficult problem.On the one hand,a small number of teachers abuse the right of punishment,which seriously damages the physical and mental health of students;on the other hand,under the pressure of public opinions,most teachers are afraid of causing trouble,and they seldom discipline students for their bad behaviors or take a inaction attitude.At the same time,there are some problems in educational practice,such as dare not to discipline,abuse of punishment,which leads to frequent conflicts and contradictions between teachers and students,even between teachers and parents.Nowadays,government has issued the opinions on deepening the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of compulsory education in an all-round way(hereinafter referred to as the opinions),which puts forward“formulating detailed rules for the disciplinary power of teachers”,aiming at solving the problem of the disciplinary power of teachers.In order to clarify the scope,degree,form and other factors,to promote teachers to exercise the disciplinary power reasonably.Therefore,it is of practical significance to promote the research on the standardization of teachers' disciplinary rights for the work of basic education in China.In view of this research topic,there are four research questions: first,what is the disciplinary power of teachers? Second,do teachers have the right to discipline?Third,why do we need to standardize the disciplinary power of teachers? Fourth,how to standardize the disciplinary power of teachers?The full text is divided into five parts: the introduction part mainly explains the reason,current situation and significance of the research,and explains the research methods used.The first chapter is based on the domestic and foreign research on teacher's disciplinary right.It interprets the concept of teacher's disciplinary right,expounds the connotation of teacher's disciplinary right,and demonstrates the necessity of the existence of teacher's disciplinary right.The second chapter from the reality of education difficulties and all kinds of primary and secondary schoolteaching management issues,shows that the current basic education needs to standardize teachers' disciplinary rights.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the existing practice cases of standardizing teacher's disciplinary power at home and abroad,selects some distinctive educational disciplinary systems,and summarizes their effective experience.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the theoretical basis and the summary of the practical experience of the above-mentioned,the realization path of the standardization of the teacher's disciplinary power is constructed,and the suggestions for the reasonable implementation of the education discipline are put forward.
