Today's development of science and technology,while changing the way of human existence,but also impact on people's way of life,education is no exception.In the new media era,everyone can connect with the outside world through the network,through the network,always get the latest information.When new media and education meet,the transmission of knowledge is no longer the teacher's patent,communication information is no longer staying in a single channel.In recent years,wireless communication technology and equipment(smartphones and iPads,etc.)have become a necessity for people's lives,but also for parents and teachers to provide hardware conditions for communication and cooperation,and WeChat,QQ,public number and other new media development for teacher communication provides a new opportunity.Especially after this year's major new coronavirus epidemic,Under the isolation measures,most interactions and experiences need to rely on media.The value and integrity of new media have never been as important as they are now and have played an unprecedented role in information transmission and guidance.To this end,parents and teachers should be positive and optimistic about the arrival of the new media era,keep pace with the times,with information-based means to optimize the traditional mode of communication,so that communication channels tend to be three-dimensional,diversified.Although the relevant policy documents issued by the national Government and the education sector have been issued in succession,special emphasis has been placed on the importance of communication and collaboration between parents and teachers of young children.However,from the actual communication process and communication results,did not receive the desired effect.In this study,kindergarten pro-teacher communication refers to the behavior process of parents and teachers of young children who develop their children's physical and mental health in an all-round way,and use a variety of communication media flexibly and appropriately to carry out information transmission and thought exchange.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires on the current situation of pro-teacher communication in the contemporary new media environment,the analysis of the new media environment of parents and teachers in the communication process of specific outstanding problems,as well as the causes of communication problems in-depthanalysis,so as to promote the new media to promote pro-teacher communication to put forward practical and appropriate suggestions and opinions,improve the effectiveness of communication with a view to ultimately promote the overall and healthy development of children's bodies and minds.First of all,this study mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,supplemented by the case analysis method,the above research methods to the new media environment of the kindergarten teacher communication status of a more systematic investigation and analysis.The results show that there are some problems in the communication of children's growth education in the new media environment,which are manifested in: the educational concepts of the two sides are in concert edifying but the actual communication behavior is not consistent,the communication mode is single and centralized,the lack of effective methods to manage the parent group,and apply the way of new media communication occupies non-working time for teachers.Secondly,through the investigation of the current situation of communication between kindergarten teachers in the new media environment,the analysis shows that the main factors that exist are: the lack of necessary new media communication skills,the teacher's communication professional ism is not solid,and the effective system guarantee of parent communication work is not.Finally,from the perspective of kindergarten,teachers and parents,this paper puts forward an effective strategy to promote the communication of kindergarten teachers in the new media environment: clarify the responsibilities of kindergartens,play a leading role.
