Research On The Elderly-oriented Design Of Interactive Interface Of Online Learning App Based On Kano Model

With the deepening trend of China's aging,the number of elderly groups continues to grow.The educational needs of the elderly are also increasing.The popularization of smart phones and mobile Internet is affecting the daily lives of the elderly.More and more elderly people use smart phones for information acquisition and knowledge learning.This paper collects and analyzes the literature of online learning for the elderly at home and abroad,and finds that the current quality of the online learning platform for the elderly in China is poor,and the user experience of the online learning platform for the elderly needs to be improved.This study takes the design of the interactive page design of the mobile app for the elderly online learning as the research object.In the research process,first of all,the literature research on the Kano model theory and interactive interface design was carried out.Combining the research method of the Kano model and the design process of the interactive interface,a research process of Elderly-oriented of the interactive interface of the online learning app was proposed.Next,this topic determined the scope of user research,and conducted user research on the target population through user research methods such as field observation,questionnaire surveys,and in-depth interviews.In the process of user research,this research collected user needs and pain points and summarized the characteristics of target users' learning and use of smartphones.In the design and analysis stage,it analyzed and summarized the existing products in the current market,and studied the functions,use processes,interaction design,and visual design of similar products.Combining user research and market product analysis results,the user's app needs were converted into product function requirements,and the functional requirements of the online learning mobile app for the elderly were summarized.According to the functional requirements of the product,the Kano questionnaire was prepared,the Kano questionnaire was distributed and the data of the questionnaire was analyzed and processed,and the functional requirements of the product were classified and ranked in importance.Combining the research results of the Kano model and the evaluation dimensions of the interactive interface,corresponding design strategies were proposed from three aspects of usability,user experience and appearance performance.According to the above design strategy,the design practice of online learning app Elderly-oriented interactive interface was carried out.According to the results of user research and design analysis,the concept of information was sorted out to complete the design of the information architecture.Next,the user's use flow,interactive prototypes and visual effects were designed.Finally,the feasibility of the design plan was verified through the evaluation of the design plan.This research is based on user research results and market competition product analysis.Based on the Kano model's research results on product demand items,the design strategy of online learning app Elderly-oriented interface design was summarized,and the design practice was completed based on this strategy.The design strategy derived from the research of this subject provides a certain reference value for the design of interactive design for online education products for the elderly.
